Cucumber Canapes

Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3 ounces cream cheese - softened
- 1 1/2 tablespoons green onions - chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 clove garlic - minced
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/8 teaspoon oregano - dried
- 1/8 teaspoon thyme - dried
- 1/8 teaspoon basil - dried
- 1/8 teaspoon dill - dried
- 1 tablespoon parsley fresh - chopped
- 1 bread loaf - rye or pumpernickle mini squares
- 2 cucumber - scored and thinly sliced
- sweet red peppers - diced for garnish
- dill for garnish

Directions
  • In a food processor or blender, combine the mayo, cream cheese, green onion, vinegar,
    Worchestershire sauce, garlic and seasonings. Process until blended.
  • Cover and refrigerator
    for 24 hours.
  • Spread mayo mixture on each square of bread, top with a cucumber slice and garnish
    with chopped red pepper and dill.
