Red Wine Marinade Prep Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients - 1/2 cup red wine - 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar - 4 cloves garlic, minced - 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce - 1 1/2 teaspoons salt - 1/2 teaspoon pepper Enjoy more tender meat with an enhanced flavor when you use this marinade. Directions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
Using a fork, poke holes throughout the roast. Place the prime rib in a dish or pan with sides. Do not use plastic.
Pour the marinade over the meat. Cover and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Remove the meat every 30 minutes and turn it in the marinade.
Remove the meat from the refrigerator and cook as desired.
Discard used marinade. Do not reuse.
