Ingredients - 3 tablespoons goat cheese - 3 tablespoons half-n-half - 2 tablespoons parsley - minced - 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes - 1 tablespoon lemon juice - salt and pepper to taste - 2 pounds broccoli - fresh, cut into bite sized pieces The sauce that accompanies this dish is very light and tangy. Directions
Use a whisk or fork to mix together the goat cheese, cream, parsley, red pepper flakes and lemon juice in a medium mixing bowl.
Bring one cup of water to a boil in a large sacuepan.
Boil the broccoli in the water until crisp tender and then drain.
Place drained broccoli in a large mixing bowl.
Toss the cheese mixture over the top and gently mix to combine and
