Ingredients - 2 pounds potatoes, peeled and cubed - 2 cups turkey, cooked and cubed - 4 tablespoons butter - 1/4 cup milk - 1 onion, chopped - 2 stalks celery, chopped - 2 carrots, grated - 1/2 cup peas, frozen - 2 tablespoons butter - 2 tablespoons flour - 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning - 1 1/2 cups chicken broth This is a great way to use up some of the leftover turkey from your holiday meal.
