Ingredients - 1/4 cup unsalted butter - 1/2 cup sugar - 1/4 cup maple syrup - any variety - 2 eggs - 1/4 teaspoon salt - 1 1/2 cups half-n-half - 2 1/2 cups sweet potatoes - raw, peeled and grated A sweet and savory side dish. Directions
Grease baking dish.
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Cream butter, sugar and maple syrup.
Beat in eggs, salt and half and half.
Fold in grated sweet potatoes.
Pour into greased baking dish.
Bake for one hour.
Serve immediately.
