Cashew Ginger Sauce Prep Time: 10 minutes Serving Size: 2 tablespoons

Ingredients - 2 cups cashews toasted - 1 cup water - 2 tablespoons fresh ginger - 1 tablespoon soy sauce - 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce - 2 tablespoons cider vinegar - cayenne pepper This sauce is good on rice, steamed broccoli, or over stuffed cabbage or use in stir fry with chicken. Directions
PureƩ everything in food processor or blender.
When it is as smooth as you like, transfer to a lidded containter.
Refrigerate if not using immediately. Heat gently before serving.
If sauce becomes too thick for your liking, add 1/4 cup water and 2 teaspoons teriyaki sauce, whisk until incorporated.
