Ingredients - 3/4 cup yogurt or sour cream - 3/4 cup chutney mango - 2 tablespoons lime juice - 2 tablespoons curry powder mild - 1/2 cup golden raisins - 3 chicken breasts boneless, grilled, sliced into bite size pieces - 2 green onions chopped - 1/2 cup cilantro leaves, chopped - 1 cup baby spinach leaves or favorite lettuce leaves - 6 sandwich rolls split - salt and pepper to taste Mango chutney adds great flavor to the yogurt curry sauce in these sandwiches.
