Ingredients - 3 cups sugar - 3 cups cake flour - 6 eggs - 1 cup butter - 1/2 pint non-dairy whipped cream - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract - 2 teaspoons almond extract - 3/4 cup almonds sliced, untoasted Rich cake that is wonderful with a cup of coffee or topped with whipped cream for a delicious dessert. Grease and flour tube pan.
Cream butter and sugar in mixer.
