Ingredients - 1 1/2 pounds ground beef - 1/2 cup onion diced - 15 ounces sauerkraut (plain or bavarian style) - 16 ounces egg noodles - 10 ounces cream of mushroom soup - 10 ounces cream of celery soup - 8 ounces Swiss cheese shredded Flavorful dish to serve a crowd Directions
Brown hamburger and onion; drain. Cook pasta and drain noodles. Mix noodles and soups in large bowl. In baking dish, layer hamburger, sauerkraut, and noodle mixture. Bake at 350°F, uncovered for 30 minutes.
