Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1/2 cup onion diced
- 15 ounces sauerkraut (plain or bavarian style)
- 16 ounces egg noodles
- 10 ounces cream of mushroom soup
- 10 ounces cream of celery soup
- 8 ounces Swiss cheese shredded 
 
Flavorful dish to serve a crowd
 
Directions

  • Brown hamburger and onion; drain.
  • Cook pasta and drain noodles.
  • Mix noodles and soups in large bowl.
  • In baking dish, layer hamburger, sauerkraut, and noodle mixture.
  • Bake at 350°F, uncovered for 30 minutes.

  • Sprinkle cheese over top then back another 15 minutes.
  • Serve hot.
