 | | Directions | - Preheat grill to medium.
- Coat the tuna steaks with oil.
- To make rub, mix together thyme, salt, and lemon pepper in a small bowl; sprinkle generously on skinned sides.
- Just before placing fish on grill, place soaked herbs on the burner. Place the fish on top of herbs. Grill 3-4 minutes (depending on the thickness) each side, just until seared on the outside but rare in the middle.
- Garnish with Rosemary or thyme.
- Serve with rice and grilled vegetables.
