Grilled Lemon Carrots Recipe

A light and flavorful side dish to accompany any meal.
Grilled Lemon Carrots Recipe (+)
Directions
Spray foil with a non stick cooking spray.
Place cut carrots on foil.
Sprinkle with olive oil.
Mix lemon juice, butter, sugar and thyme.
Pour over carrots, fold foil to make a packet.
Place over medium heat on the grill.
Cook for 10-15 minutes, just until the carrots are crisp tender.
Open packet and stir occasionally and check for doneess.
Garnish with lemon zest if desired.
Serve immediately.
