Ingredients - 10 ounces package of pearl onions, peeled - 2 tablespoons olive oil - 1 tablespoon fresh Rosemary, chopped - 1/4 cup dried tomatoes, hydrated in hot water for 5 minutes, drained, chopped - salt and pepper to taste This great side dish of grilled sweet onions combined with a terrific blend of tomatoes, olive oil, and rosemary is difficult to resist. A tasty accompaniment for roast beef or steak. Directions
Lay out foil, place peeled onions in center. Sprinkle oil over all, then rosemary, then tomatoes, salt and pepper. Fold foil into pouch and place on grill on medium heat for 10 minutes or until softened and carmelized. Serve hot off the grill.
