Ingredients

- 2 ripe, large avocados, peeled and finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice or lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt - or to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt or season to taste
- 3 tablespoons green onions, finely diced
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro or flat leaf parsley, minced
- 1/4 cup salsa of choice 
 
The rich flavor of avocado blended with herbs and seasonings to make a tasty topping for appetizers
or to enhance the flavors in other foods of choice.
 
Directions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine chopped avocado and lemon juice. Toss to coat avocado completely
    with juice.
  • Add remaining ingredients and season to taste.

  • The finished amount of Guacamole made will depend upon the size of avocados. It is best to
    use large avocados to achieve the desired quantity.
  • Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
