Ingredients - 1/2 pound fresh scallops or 1/4 pound large scallops - 1/4 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced (baby portobellos work great) - 2 tablespoons butter - 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped - 1/2 lemon, juiced Easy and delicious way to enjoy scallops Directions
Place all ingredients on center of foil. Fold foil and seal ends. Place on grill rack over medium heat for 10-12 minutes.
