Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil 
 
A light and tangy dressing that adds much flavor to spinach greens or any salad with greens and
other vegetables such as mushrooms, sprouts and carrots.
 
Directions

  • In small mixing bowl, combine vinegar, lime juice, soy sauce, sugar, canola oil, and sesame
    oil. Mix well.
  • Refrigerate until ready to use. When salad is ready to serve, drizzle dressing over greens
    and toss all ingredients to coat with lime dressing.
