Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cups canola oil
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, fresh grated or packaged
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1 clove garlic, minced 
 
Adding grated Parmesan cheese with the vinegar makes this dressing perfect for enhancing the flavor
of a variety of salads with greens or rice salads such as wild rice with vegetables.

  • Grate Parmesan cheese or use packaged shredded cheese. In a jar with lid, combine canola oil,
    vinegar, cheese, sugar, salt, celery seed, pepper, mustard, paprika, and garlic. Shake well to
    fully mix all ingredients.
