Ingredients - 5 medium potatoes - boiled and mashed - 1 1/4 cups lukewarm water - 1 tablespoon rapid rise yeast - 1 1/2 cups plain all-purpose flour - vegetable oil for frying - 6 slices of ham - 12 dollops sour cream - salt and pepper - 3 green onions - chopped for garnish Light potato pancake that is easy to make and can be used with variations of toppings. Place mashed potatoes, yeast and flour in a large bowl.
Pour in water and mix well.
