Ham Sauce Recipe

A savory and slightly sweet sauce to use as a topping when baking ham and then to serve as a sauce that can be added to the ham as it is sliced.
Directions
  • In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, Old Bay seasoning, prepared horseradish, and 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed orange juice. Pour remaining freshly squeezed orange juice over ham.
  • Prior to baking, cover entire ham with one half of the brown sugar mixture. Reserve remaining half for serving with sliced ham.
