-		1 tablespoon jalapeño pepper, fresh or canned - chopped fine
-		2 tablespoons green chilis, canned - chopped
-		1 teaspoon paprika
-		1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
-		1 teaspoon kosher salt
-		fresh ground black pepper to taste
-		1 tablespoon lime juice
-		1 tablespoon fresh cilantro
