Broccoli Fondue Dip

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, unsalted
- 1 can mushrooms, sliced and drained
- 1/4 cup onions, diced
- 1/4 cup green pepper, diced
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups swiss cheese, shredded
- 16 ounces chopped broccoli, thawed
- breadsticks or crackers 
 
Warm-up any occasion with this creamy dip.
 
Directions
In a saucepan, melt butter. Add mushrooms, onions and green peppers. Saute until translucent.
Stir in remaining ingredients and add to slow cooker. Cook on low until cheese has melted and
broccoli has softened. Serve with breadsticks or crackers.
