Shrimp Salad Tarts

Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp medium sized - cooked and shelled
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons Old Bay Seasoning
- 1/3 cup celery - diced
- 2 tablespoons green onions - thinly sliced
- parmesan cheese - grated
- parsley to garnish if desired
- 24 mini tart cups  
 
Easy to make appetizer for the Holidays.
 
Directions
  • Coarsely chop shrimp.
  • In a medium bowl, stir together the mayo, sour cream, zest and
    lemon juice.
  • Add in the shrimp, celery and green onions.
  • Fill each tart shell with a heaping tablespoon of mixture.

  • Garnish if desired with chopped parsley and grated parmesan cheese.
  • Serve chilled.
