Ingredients - 8 ounces softened cream cheese or mascarpone - 1 cup heavy cream - 1/4 cup packed brown sugar - 1 teaspoon vanilla Thick, creamy brown sugar flavored topping is the perfect complement to a variety of desserts. Directions
In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, cream, brown sugar and vanilla.
Using a hand mixer, beat on low speed until the ingredients are combined.
Then, increase the speed to medium high and beat until the cream is thick and holds firm peaks. (Approximately 1-2 minutes)
Serve with your favorite bundt or pound cake.
