Ingredients - 2 1/2 cups flour - 1 teaspoon cream of tartar - 1 cup unsalted butter, softened - 1 1/2 cups sugar - 2 eggs - 3 tablespoons fresh lemon thyme, finely chopped or .75 oz. dried lemon thyme Tasty cookie with a hint of fresh herbs. Directions
Sift together flour and cream of tartar.
Cream the butter with the sugar.
Add the eggs and mix well.
Blend in the flour until well incorporated.
Stir in lemon thyme.
Chill for at least 2 hours.
