Cranberry Chutney - Recipe

Cranberries have long been a popular accompaniment for poultry, so this tasty cranberry chutney, flavored with ginger, is sure to be another favorite.

Directions

Pour all ingredients into a pan and simmer over medium heat for approximately 30 minutes uncovered.
The chutney will cook down and thicken.
Store in the refrigerator in a covered container.
Freezes well.

-		2 apples, peeled and sliced
-		2 inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled and grated
-		1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
-		1/2 cup sugar - more to taste
