Ingredients - 3/4 cup chutney - 1/4 cup crushed pineapple, drained - 1/4 cup dried craisins - 1/4 cup baby dried figs, chopped - 1/4 cup golden or regular raisins - 2 green onions, chopped - 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese block - 1/4 cup peanuts or cashews, chopped fine for garnish - optional - assorted cocktail crackers Flavorful appetizer with lots of texture. Directions
Mix together chutney, pineapple, cranberries, figs, raisins and green onion.
Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour.
To serve, place a cream cheese block on a serving plate.
