Cheese and Pear Baguettes Recipe

A simple breakfast or brunch item that will disappear fast.
Directions
  • Slice baguette into 1/4-1/2 inch slices.
  • Place on baking sheet.
  • Drizzle with lemon olive oil.
  • Place under a low temp broiler for 3-5 minutes, just until lightly browned.
  • Place a small slice of smoked gorgonzola cheese on each baguette. It will melt slightly.
  • Place one sliced pear on each.
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  • Serve warm or at room temperature.
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 5 minutes
Serving Description: 2 baguette slices
