Ingredients - 1 1/2 cups italian style dried bread crumbs - 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs - 1 1/3 cups freshly grated parmesan cheese or a parmesan, romano, asiagio mix - 3 teaspoons salt - 2 (16 oz.) blocks of mozzarella cheese, cut into sticks approximately 1/4 inch thick - 4 large eggs - 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil A perfect appetizer for your casual entertaining. Directions
In a medium bowl, blend bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, and salt.
In a seperate bowl, beat the eggs until combined.
Dip the cheese sticks into the eggs to coat completely, allowing the excess to drip off back into the bowl.
Then, coat the cheese in the bread crumb mixture.
