Directions
  • Brush a thin layer of mayonnaise on corn.
  • Sprinkle the corn with cheese, chili powder and salt and pepper.
  • Wrap each corn in foil and place on the grill.
  • Turn occasionally and grill for approximately 10 minutes. (kernels will brown slightly)
  • Serve warm.

-5 ears fresh sweet corn, husks and silks removed
-1/2 cup mayonnaise
-1 cup parmesan cheese
- chili powder to taste
