Ingredients
- 1 pint vanilla gelato (or ice cream)
- 1 pint chocolate gelato (or ice cream)
- 1 pint coffee gelato (or ice cream)
- 9 cherries in syrup
- chocolate sprinkles, vanilla sprinkles, cocoa powder 
 
Refreshing, cherry filled, frozen treat.
 
Directions

  • Using ice cream scoop, scoop out balls of gelato or ice cream. Stuff a cherry into center of
    each and place on cookie sheet. Work quickly to do this with each scoop of ice cream.

  • Put in freezer until ready to serve.

  • Sprinkle each tortufi with cocoa powder

  • Serve immediately
