Ingredients - 1 tablespoon olive oil - 4 large garlic cloves, finely chopped - 1 cup chopped, drained oil packed sun-dried tomatoes (1 jar) - 1 cup whipping cream - 7 1/4 ounces roasted red peppers, drained and chopped - 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper - 1 cup fresh basil, chopped - 1 pound penne pasta or rambi pasta - 1 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese Easy, colorful sauce for a quick pasta supper. Directions
Heat oil in saucepan on medium heat. Add garlic, sauté for 1 minute. Add tomatoes, cream, red peppers and crushed red pepper, simmer 2 minutes. Stir in 1/2 cup of basil, simmer 1 minute longer.
