Ingredients - 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil - 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard - 1 teaspoon paprika - 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic - 1/2 teaspoon light brown sugar - 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt - 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper - 1 1/4 pounds boneless pork sirloin, cut into 1 inch cubes - 8 cherry tomatoes - 1/2 small yellow squash, cut into 1/4 inch rounds - 1/2 green zucchine, cut into 1/4 inch rounds A classic kebab. Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine the garlic paste, the olive oil, mustard, and dry ingredients
and mix until smooth. Add the pork to the bowl and stir to coat evenly.
