- 3 teaspoons dried sage, crumbled
- 2 teaspoons dried thyme, crumbled
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/4 teaspoon marjoram
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves 
 
An herb blend with a seasoned flavor for a variety of poultry, stuffings, and meat dishes.
 
Directions
  • Blend all ingredients together.
  • Add to stuffings, dressings or use as a rub for chicken,
    turkey, ducks, or geese.
  • Save extra seasoning for future use, stored in an airtight bag, jar
    or plastic container.
