Ingredients - 1/2 cup unsalted butter - 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice - 1 tablespoon finely chopped chives - 1 1/2 tablespoons capers Pairs nicely with grilled fish. Directions
- In a small sauce pan melt butter. Add lemon juice, chives, and capers. Bring mixture to a
boil.
Remove from heat, serve over grilled fish.
Especially good when paired with fresh salmon.
