Ingredients - 1 cup fresh parsley leaves (packed) - 1/4 cup fresh oregano leaves (packed), or fresh cilantro leaves - 1/2 cup olive oil - 1/4 cup red wine vinegar - 3 cloves garlic - 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (dried) - 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin - salt to taste - 1 tablespoon shallot, minced This sauce can be made with fresh oregano or fresh cilantro and is typically served with meat or vegetables. Directions
- Just before serving, combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until
smooth. Sauce is served at room temperature. If sauce separates prior to serving, whisk to combine. Serve on the side with meat or vegetables. This sauce can also be used as a marinade.
