Ingredients - 3 1/2 ounces fresh black trumpet mushrooms - 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, more if desired Directions
- Clean mushrooms with a mushroom brush. Open the length of the trumpet with a knife and
remove any dirt.
In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté mushrooms 4 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat and serve as desired.
