Ingredients - 15 slices bacon - 16 ounces medium shrimp, tail on and peeled - approximately 24 to 30 - salt - season to taste - cooking oil or spray Using the meaty flavor of bacon combined with the succulent taste of cooked shrimp, this appetizer provides a delicious item for any occasion. If fresh shrimp are to be served, devein and wash shrimp. Approximately 16 ounces (1 pound) of fresh large shrimp will be required which should provide approximately 24 to 30 shrimp.
If frozen shrimp are to be served, thaw and rinse shrimp under cold water.
Preheat oven on broil setting.
Lightly spray or grease broiling pan.
Cut each slice of bacon in half. Wrap a cut slice of bacon around each shrimp. To hold bacon
