 | | Directions | Move oven rack to position broiler pan approximately 2" from broiling coils. Preheat oven on highest temperature.
Place ham steak on prepared pan and broil 6 to 8 minutes on one side. Turn ham steak and broil an additional 6 to 8 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
Serve hot.
Optional: Add a glaze of your choice, brushed on ham steak after turning. |
