Ingredients - 1/3 cup orange marmalade - 1/4 cup fresh orange juice - 1 tablespoon soy sauce (light) - 1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard - 1 clove garlic, minced A tangy addition for duck, upland game, and wildfowl as well as turkey, chicken and domestic duck recipes. Directions
- In a small sauce pan, over medium heat, combine orange marmalade, orange juice, soy
sauce, mustard and garlic. Bring to a full boil, stirring constantly. Lower heat and simmer 3 to 4 minutes.
Serve with duck or poultry.
