Ingredients - 2 cups parsley, packed tight - 6 cloves garlic, or more if you wish - 1 teaspoon salt - 2/3 cup olive oil - 1/3 cup lemon juice - 2 tablespoons water This tangy, easy-to-prepare sauce adds flavor and color to almost any kind of meat. It's especially good with chicken, burgers, steak, ribs or lamb chops. Directions
- In a food processor (or by hand), chop the parsley very fine. Add the other ingredients
and pulse to form a thick sauce.
Spread some of the sauce on meat before grilling or roasting. Serve the rest with the cooked meat so that each diner may add the amount wanted.
