Great dressing for a salad of mixed greens or pears and blue cheese.
Wine Dressing for Mixed Greens Recipe (+)
Directions
In a food processor, add shallot and garlic, pulse until finely minced.
Add mustard, sugar, salt, pepper and vinegar. Pulse until combined. While processor is running gradually add oil.
Add additional seasoning if desired. Pour into jar and cover, refrigerate until ready to serve.
