Banana and Pineapple Licuado

Ingredients
- 5 tangerines, chilled
- 1 banana, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup pineapple, cubed & chilled
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons to 3 tablespoons lemon juice, adjust to taste
- 1 teaspoon honey, adjust to taste
- ice cubes 
 
A blended fruit drink popular and traditional in Mexico and throughout Latin American countries.
Typically made with milk, fresh or frozen fruits and granulated sugar or honey.
 
Directions
  • Juice tangerines and pour juice into blender or food processor. Add all ingredients
    except the ice, process until smooth.
  • Add 4-5 ice cubes, process until ice is crushed.
    Add 4-5 more ice cubes, process until ice is crushed. Pour into a pitcher and stir.
  • Serve
    over ice in a short glass and garnish with a slice of pineapple or tangerine if desired.
