Ingredients - 2 pounds unsalted mixed nuts (or almonds, walnuts, etc.) - 3 tablespoons fresh rosemary, minced - 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper - 1 tablespoon brown sugar - 2 teaspoons coarse salt - 1 tablespoon butter Enjoyed by all ages, the roasting and coating of seasonings adds a rich savory flavor to this recipe that can be served as an appetizer or a healthy snack. - Preheat oven to 350º F.
- Spread nuts in pan and place in oven. Watch closely as
they may burn easily.
Over low heat, in a small sauce pan, combine the remaining ingredients. Stir until butter melts and ingredients are combined. Remove from heat.
Pour mixture over warm nuts and toss to coat.
