Ingredients - 1 1/2 cups cantaloupe, peeled and diced - 1 1/2 cups honeydew, peeled and diced - 1 mango, peeled and diced - 1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped fine - 1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped fine - 1/3 cup red onion, chopped fine - 4 ounces diced green chilies or 2 jalapeño pepper, seeded and chopped fine - 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped - 1 clove garlic, minced or chopped fine - 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice - squeezed from lime - 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar - 1 teaspoon canola oil - 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin The sweet flavor of the juicy melon pairs wonderfully with the hot and spicy peppers in this great salsa recipe.
