Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken breast, boneless, skinless, and cubed
- 1 cup enchilada sauce
- 16 ounces refried beans
- 8 10
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions 
 
Quick and tasty, this tortilla is filled with easy to prepare ingredients to make an easy to enjoy
meal.
 
Directions
  • Spray a light coating of no-stick vegetable oil onto skillet.
  • Over medium high
    heat, cook chopped chicken for approximately 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Stir in
    sauce.
  • Reduce heat and cook an additional 5 to 6 minutes. Add beans and cook an additional
    1 to 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
  • Spread about 1/2 cup of mixture on each
    tortilla. Top with shredded lettuce, cheese, and green onion. Fold into burritos. Garnish with salsa
