Ingredients - 1 1/4 cups flour, all purpose - 2 tablespoons sugar, granulated - 1 pinch salt - 3 eggs, medium - 1 1/2 cups milk - 2 tablespoons butter, melted and cooled - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla (optional) Crepes can be served filled with fruits and covered by a sweet topping. Directions
- Blend flour, sugar and a pinch of salt together. Then, beat in the milk until the batter
is smooth. Add egg and vanilla extract, stir in melted (cooled) butter until batter is of smooth consistency.
Refrigerate for 1 hour, if time allows, before making crêpes.
