Balsamic Marinated Pork Roast

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons steak seasoning
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 pounds pork loin roast  
 
A quick marinade to prepare to add a zesty of flavor with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Marinating
the roast makes it tender and juicy.
 
Directions

  • Combine steak seasoning, balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Place pork into a resealable plastic
    bag and pour marinade overtop. Squeeze out air and seal bag. Marinate at least 2 hours.

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  • Place pork into a glass baking dish along with marinade. Bake in preheated oven, basting
    occasionally until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees, approximately 1
    hour.

  • Remove from oven and let the roast rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
