Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
For sauce, combine soup, milk and seasoning.
For cheese mixture, combine cottage cheese, cream cheese and 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese.
Spread a thin layer of sauce in the bottom of a 9x13 pan. Begin layers by starting with laying 4 noodles. Spread with a layer of sauce, then a layer of chicken, then cheese mixture. Repeat 2 times. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese and bake covered for 50 minutes.
Uncover and bake 10 minutes more, until golden and bubbly.
