	Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, cream butter, oil and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla and mix well. Add in baking soda, salt and cream of tartar. Add flour and beat only until well combined. Stir in chocolate ships. Drop onto baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned.	2
