Ingredients - 2 tablespoons olive oil - 6 cloves garlic - minced - 5 chicken breasts - boneless, skinless - 4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar - 1 cup chicken broth - 14 ounces diced tomatoes Moist chicken with a garlic flavor. Top it off with the tangy balsamic and tomato sauce makes it even better. Serve over rice or couscous. Directions Add oil to a large saute pan and heat over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add the chicken and cook about 4 minutes per side, or until cooked through and juices run clear.
