- Drain the pineapple but reserve 3/4 cup of the juice.
- Combine the sugar, cornstarch,
pineapple juice, orange juice and lemon juice in a small saucepan.
Cook over medium heat until thick and bubbly and then cook and stir for one minute more.
Remove from the heat.
In a medium serving bowl, combine the pineapple, oranges, apples and bananas.
Pour the warm syrup over the top and stir to combine.
Cover and refrigerate until cooled through.
